About Us
Pastry Chef Fernando graduated from culinary school in 1996. He started his career with Melia Hotels International where he created baked goods for the hotels' banquets (up to 2,500 people), buffet and prepared desserts for the hotels' luxury restaurants using gourmet recipes. He was also a Pastry Chef for Ole Restaurant and Shape Lovers in Miami, Florida for a few years. Fernando started his own business, Kelly's Healthy Foods, in 2008 where we prepared fresh healthy foods and desserts for delivery for about a decade. While Fernando spent some years working in Corporate America and pursuing his entrepreneurial spirit, he continued to use his creativity and passion for pastry and prepared delicious baked goods and desserts for family functions and special occasions.
